When you hit a roas block like that it is important to not only weigh yourself but measure! That way when you gain muscle your are still losing inches. Eventually that muscle will start to burn fat because it takes wayy more calories to use muscle in your body then fat. So make sure you keep on a' goin' on {:
Good luck!

Your not obsessive! Give yourself a pat on the back for putting in the effort and figuring out a way that works for you. It's visual stimulation, somthing you want! If you put it away where ya' can't see the dern thing though it won't be of much help to you /: I wouldn't be embarrassed about things like that. I have made myslef one and I call it a vision board. it sits on the back wall of my desk so that I can see from all angles of my room. It really is such inspiration. Now If you think you are obsessive then if I told you I posted lingerie models along side of my trigger foods aka (peanutbutter, chocolate, cereal, cheese {: ) What would ya think..I don't call it obbsesive it's being motivated [: The most important thing is know what works for you and stick with it, don't let thoughts of what other people would think get in the way.
Good luck to you !

The best thing to do is not beat yourself up about it. That was the past this is now! What can you be doing now to help yourself {: Take it as a lesson learned. When you notice the warning signs of a relapse coming just back away and take some time for yourself to think and meditate on your goal. It will all work out [:

It's a learned habit. People have trained them selves over time that food is the answer because it makes them feel good {: Which is true it does make you feel good. It raises leptin levels in the brain. This chemical tells us when we are full. What happens is we tend to mindlessly eat and this chemicle signal telling us we are full is ignored. Try retraining yourself. If you think food makes you "happy" think of other things that can make you happy. Take a break from your studying and do some relaxation excersises, give yourself a tension massage, listen to music, enjoy healthy portions of nutritious food. And most of all never deprive yourself of the foods you love. You will just end up feeling empty and binge. Enjoy what you love in reasonable portions. Just love yourself for who you are and tellyourself you can do it {: I feel like almost most woman have emotional eating..habits. Nothin' to worry about {;

don't restrict yourself too much! or find alternatives e.g. frozen yoghurt instead of ice cream was a big help for me!
