I have done it a few times, love the vanilla and choc flavours when I used to get bored I would mix the flavours together! I think it is a really good quick start method, almost like detoxing, love that you can have fruit and a proper meal, I used to move the proper meal to lunch and have a shake in the evening, a lot easier to cope with!
Keep it up, even if it is only for 2 weeks!

Yes it means you do not have Microsoft outlook as your email Software/provider, you would need to get the email address and copy and paste it into an email instead such as Yahoo or hotmail

@FatBitch two weeks being in phase 1 of Atkins will not kill me as I still have healthy greens and veg, then you re-intro carbs in your 3rd week. The bad breath wont kill me, but it may kill everyone else around me!

@NightShiftNurse That does sound bad, keep plenty of slow release carbs to hand and things like nuts and fruit, that should help :)

Atkins will kill you. It may simple and get you skinny for a while, but you'll be dead. Eat low GI carbs and fruit and vegetables.

@AliceLRose I have "read up" prior to "commentating". The Atkins diet is pretty unhealthy. The excess protein is very damaging to your kidneys. It also leads to really bad breath cos your body is trying to break down all the excess protein (ketogenesis). And the high levels of typically unsaturated animal fats that the Atkins diet encourages can lead to problems with cholesterol. <br><br>I've done it before when I was younger and just wanted to get skinny and wasn't concerned with the effect on my long-term health. But its not smart. And as I said before you will die :)

Dont do it, Alli makes you poo and the others are just full of caffeine that make you super charged and give you heart palpatations, I have read people have had heart attacks too from them, really bad idea, if anyone is super obese they are put on gastric band surgery lists nowadays and not tablets!
I would speak to your doctor and ask his/her advice

well google a famous celebs image/body online, print the pic and put it everywhere, fridge, cupboards, by your pc, trust me each time you delve for the biscuits you will see this pic and think, well she looks great, so can I and it should help. I also used to put a pic of my fat belly on cupboard doors that certainly helps!
Ask yourself also when I have that biscuit, 'do I need it' and will I feel so guilty afterwards, if the answer is yes, just dont do it!

why hate food? it is our petrol to our car, if we dont eat we die, you just need to learn to eat sensibly, make sure you eat and exercise in moderation, and then you can almost eat what you want, sandwiches are not bad, just 10 in one day would be for example, lots of lovely veg, fruit and salads will set you on the right path :)

well for starters ignore the scales, as that can be muscle and water weight, muscle weighs more than fat!
Also try and gym as early as possible, before work or at lunch are best, the meals you have should start large, medium and small, I now no longer eat at night as I get home past 8pm and it is too late, also dont eat after 6pm and never eat carbs after 5pm, see if this help.

Lucy I am back on Atkins for the next few weeks, I have 2x bday drinks this Sat, but I am just going to tell everyone I am on antibiotics and cant drink, will stick to water and Diet cokes if need be, I have 6 weeks today until sis's Hen weekend abroad, so Iam on a mission!

Go online and type in Interval training, this is the most efficient form of training at the gym, otherwise 5 minute light job warm up 10 mins X trainer, 10 mins running, 10 mins cycle etc. is a good way to start then when you get fitter do longer :)
