@Ben_FitTrainer Great advice guys. I agree with Ben, protein bars and snacks are way better choices as they keep your blood sugar stable and you feel fuller for longer. I agree and would even say that 1000 is too low for most females. 1200 would be far healthier and stop your body going into starvation mode and wreck your metabolism. It can be so hard to make wise food choices on a daily basis that are both low in calories and fat. The advice given so far is correct. Need to reduce carbs and dairy in your diet. Kiwi fruits are good for PCOS and I can also give you more advice re diet and pcos if you get in touch on here. debtheteaaddict, great news re the running! I'm in the same boat as you. I'm carrying about 1.5 st too much and I know it affects my running too.
