Hi.. Well you have to eat, because if you dont eat anything you dont going to lose.. try to eat vegetables with negative calories.. and for example one apple each 3 hs.. The metabolism work and you burn fat ( I hope you understand my english is not too good.. Im from Argentina)

Well I am from Austria, so I am also not native ;o)<br>After one "juice-day" I found out that only soup and juice is not the right thing for me. So I try to avoid all sweet things (ok I ate 2 pieces chocolate today), eat fresh fruit and if I really need cookies I eat spelt cookies.<br>What is your aim?
