How come your not eating bread. I think bread is fine just so long as its not the only thing you eat. I think the trick to keeping motivated is don't deny yourself everything because you will just want it more, just have smaller amounts and if possible low calorie options of the craved foods. Good luck.

Have you been changing up your workouts? Maybe your body has gotten used to it and you are plateauing. Maybe try mixing up your workouts?

Make sure you are eating protein too. That is important to build your muscles!

As for motivation, right there with you at times. What i found helped me is I sat down and wrote down 100 reasons why "it was worth it". So basically reason I wanted to lose weight. Every time I feel down I read those and it reminds me why I am doing what I am doing.

Hi there, you should not do that... Try eat less than your used like 3/4 of your regular meal size, otherwise you're going to end up giving up and eat ouble because you're angry and sad... Carbs are good! Also, the whole ones are better for you...

what about Weight Watchers Malt Bread (50kcals a slice) or Weight Watchers Wholemeal Thick Slcied Bread (60kcals a slice)? Half the calories of regular wholemeal and have reduced sugar jam instead of peanut butter. Might help?

DON'T GIVE UP! everyone has setbacks, I know! Take a walk, get a book, listen to music. Anything to take your mind off that craving. Ask yourself if you're really even that hunrgy. Can you put togther pre-portioned snacks ahead of time so its not even a problem?

Don’t give up. You should have bread in the morning because bread provides carbo where u needs energy for the whole day. I had been successfully cut 16kg within 8 months is quite slow but I think is healthy. I still eat everything except fried, oil and sugar. I will have carbo and fiber in the morning and my breakfast normally will be big portion, haha…then lunch I will have protein – lean meat and smaller portion of carbo and fiber. Then dinner I will not have any carbo, I normally have fruits, vege and milk.
I workout almost everyday, try to burn 300cal…or try to walk as much as u can…
Key point: don’t treat diet as a burden, u should treat it as your lifestyle and enjoy it. Enjoy the food u have n the workout….
Keep it up!!!
