I'd measure it! The serving is usually like 1/4 cup or like 18-20 pieces. I would watch out! And it comes to like 180-200 calories, at least on my packages thats what it says. 3 months ago
@supermumyay yeah my newest problem is nut butters and peanut butter. I take extra bites after dinner. And don't measure them really. And it needs to be cleaned...like to take the next bite next time I need to have it smooth and even and get everything around the edges. I don't know whats wrong with me! 3 months ago

Having another bad week...don't know why I got through up and down periods like this. I'm just eating peanut and other nut butters like ALL the time. And I know I steal random licks and make sure everything around it is clean and even just so I can lick more...its gross. I have a wedding tomorrow and I wanted to look my best...and I met this guy and his eating habbits are questionable....he convinced me to drink beer last weekend which I NEVER do anymore. so I've had like the worst day ever...and normally on a day like this I would just turn to food. I rear ended some guy this morning, this girl was a complete jerk at work (she's an intern by the way grow up!). It was just terrible. But anyways...I did chew 4 pieces of gum (trying to quit) and ate two jelly beans (ahhhh candy)....but for what I used to do....thats not bad! Just needed to continue venting....can't use food to fix anything!!! 4 months ago
I'm having one of those days today...can't figure out what it is..I've put food in my body every few hours and still I keep getting little tummy rumbbles...I took today off from work so maybe thats it I'm not staying busy today so I just want to keep eating. DO you have any hobbies that would keep you busy instead of eating? 4 months ago
@gofatgirlgo I wish I had that kind of lifestyle where I could eat every few hours. I'm working with adults with disabilites and we're always out I can't just whip out a snack :( 4 months ago

@NightShiftNurse yeah, that maybe and also I've been a little more stressed and haven't been sleeping as much.
