@jackiedpepper I can understand the frustration because I am not a patient person (generally speaking) but I know for sure they are working on things and have some great stuff in the works for us .... :)

@denaliguide1 I like all breads but my favourite is plain white bread. I can't seem to break myself of the white flour habit.

@cindybeautifulz Basically vegetables, tofu, legumes, rice, fruits, breads, pasta. I consider the carbs the "stick to your ribs" foods.

@kellyxmariex0 Hi Kelly, since you've already resolved to eat healthy and you're active in the warm weather, my only suggestion is to work out once a day and find ways to keep moving. One of the things I do when I'm just watching TV or on the computer is to sit on a stability ball. It keep the muscles working and helps tighten the core muscle group.

Good luck! I'm sure you're going to do great with this and look fantastic for prom. Remember to post pics :)

@aressidi I just finished completing the survey. Was it timed? I just had eye surgery so it took me longer than it would normally.

This morning they were saying on the news, the medical community has finally agreed diet influences ADHD.

I blogged my opinion on my site for anyone who's interested in it - however, I'm interested in other opinions. Did you happen to see the story? Let me know what you think?

@aressidi I'm encouraging her to join TWYE and see the actual calorie count of the foods she eats so she can have an accurate account of her intake. Even though she eats small quantity of foods, the calories count as you can see, is very high so I feel it's important to teach her to journal her foods.

My mom wanted to know how many calories she ate today. She doesn't eat much but the foods she eats are loaded with calories; not bad foods though

Mom's food diary for Wed. January 11, 2012

salad: 34
dressing: 22
chicken leg and thigh: thigh = 109 drumstick= 112 total= 221

homemade vegetable soup: 374
cabbage 1/2 cup = 17
carrots 2 thin = 16
onion 1 cup sliced = 48
garlic 5 cloves = 20
brown rice 1/4 cup = 171
tablespoon butter = 102

1/4 loaf pita bread = 53

chocolate = 60

bread (whole pita is 210) = 53
cheese cheddar = 114
milk powdered = 90
apple= 77

pumpkin bread 1 small slice = 390

1842 calories
