Yeah your body is used to it. Maybe have healthy snacks like an apple or banana which will keep your going faster and you'll probably lose weight.
Do you want to lose weight?
It sounds like you do exercise, sit around doing uni work and think if you ate every 3/4 hours i'd def put on weight?? (that's what I was like) but you won't if it's small snacks (under 100 calories) just try to up your calorie intake but spreading more snacks like fruit, protein, veg and nuts throughout the day I think you'd lose weight. It's hard at uni because of the money situation, you can't afford to buy loads of fresh healthy foods.

300 calories is nothing. Do you drink? The thing is after uni when you go out of uni your body will be so unhealthy for only having 300 calories a day. Maybe just add stuff in slowly.

Good luck sorry this is long!

@lucyscales I wanted to loose like 2kg but its not really like a big deal for me i just honestly thought i ate way more the days that im at uni i eat like snacks all though the day maybe every hour which is good keeps me full and alert but other days ill have like breakfast then a "big meal" for lunch then like a snack at 5. Im probs gonna have to start doing the thing i do on uni days all the time but even then im only eating 700 calories. who knowsss i just found it really bizare that i can be not hungry on that little calories haha oh well guess my goal is to eat more fruit and veggies! p.s im also a vego so thats another thing that stops me from having many calories

@MonroeChanelS Sounds like you're used to it! Maybe your body only needs that amount, everyones different. WIth me if I don't eat at certain times I feel faint that's why food and the time of food is so important to me.
From eating every hour your metabolism is sky high ah ha that's good and the other days are days off it doesnt' matter just as long as most days you are eating regulary.
Just see how you feel, calories are not as important as the nutrision of the food, if you are eating good fats, protien, fruit, veg and fibre you are doing it right. If you want to lose 2kg maybe workout another hour a week, spread it out i'm sure you'll lose it soon enough!
