@Monsterpary
I don't know how the completed days calculate themselfs but in my situation it is not accurate. In november I completed 27 days in dec 20 in january I am pretty sure I completed at least 28 and in feb 15.....so it is not showing my actual count, pehaps it is the same with you...so don't get down on yourself for that. the only time I don't post my food is when I don't have access to a computer that day. I still do a food journal but get it initialized by a family member.

@Monsterpary I like your call for some friendly competition. I'm hovering at about 22 days complete in this latest streak and I built the leaderboard fully expecting to be on it, but I'm not even close. The way that the leaderboard should work (and I'll have to test) is that you show up only for your current streak. @samsarah, make sure you're checking off days using the little 'check' icon next to the date. Have you been doing that?

@Samsarah
Hi! They count just the most completed days without a break, I have also more in summary then the 71. When I dont have any access to the internet, I tweet my food diary with my phone or I just make a note and but it into my diary later on.
But what I meant with my post is: Can it be true, that nobody continue a diet for more then one month?

@aressidi Mine is showing as 0 complete days (not correct). Per post to Samsarah are you talking about the check box that says post to facebook? Other than that I see no check box.

@dajero1 I only post from the net my tel does not have internet features on it and yes I do check the completed day check but I did not realise it was without a break, as for "diet" more than a month, I think it realy depends on what type of diet you are on, I have tried sooo many I have stoped trying and right now I will only implement changes to my lifestyle when I hit a serious plateau so if diet means stiking to 2000 cal, trying to average 30 min of exercise a day and limiting sugar to 21 tsp a week then Monsterpary I have been "dieting since the end of october..... and succeding and feeling good about it

@dajero, in my diary there's a grey checkmark to the left of each day in your diary. You need to mark a day complete by clicking it to start tracking complete days (it will turn green). Hope that helps. You can go back and click-off all your days complete.

@aressidi i wonder why my count hasn't changed over the past several days...i enter and check every day, but the total hasn't changed...does it just recalculate each week or something?...thx!

@Monsterpary - On the My Diary page you can click the "What's this?" hyperlink to the right of the title User Stats for an explanation of the calculations. It reads...
Current days complete: a user's current streak of completed days. If you've completed a full day of entries and checkmarked each day over the last 3 days, your "current days complete" would be 3. This stat updates at midnight every night. If you've not marked the day as complete, your streak will reset to 0.
Most days complete: the greatest number of complete days in a row a user has. You can mark a day complete by clicking the checkmark next to a given day, or incomplete by clicking it again. This will update after checking a day and refreshing the page.

Also, I'm guessing you were trying to motivate us with your post, but I found it a bit insulting especially since I'm in the # 10 slot and am quite proud of my progress to date. I have stuck with a healthy eating plan, including journaling for 6 years now. It helped me originally lose 20 lbs, got me through 2 pregnancies, and helped me shed all of the baby weight from the first and all but 10lb from the second. Considering that my second child is only 9 months I feel like I'm rocking it pretty good, even if my don't mark off the 'complete' checkbox before midnight. There are many times where I go in the next day and complete my journaling.

@Monsterpary I think for many of us, eating better and/or losing weight is a personal challenge rather than a competition and we just don't care where we are on the leader board. I don't want any of you to fall off the wagon just to see my name there instead! I suppose the leader board in an added incentive to some but not others. Actually with a long streak you could head the leader board bed-bound from obesity, living on MacDonalds and Burger King! You'd fall off eventually though.....

@Monsterpary I wasn't taking the leaderboard seriously.... I just wanted to chart my food online the way I have been journalling it offline for years.

The last week or so, I've been a lot more interested in getting on the leaderboard - that's not likely to happen unless everyone ahead of me drops out for whatever reason but I'm having fun trying.
