Hi, what is the recommended calorie in take per day? :)

@Ney I usually go by this: multiply your goal weight by 10. So if you are aiming for 130, eat about 1300 calories. Just don't eat below 1200 or your body goes into starvation mode and starts to hold on to excess body fat.
