You are not eating enough calories. If you are exercising too and only eating 1000 calories, that isn't good. You have to eat enough to support your activity. You are starving yourself. I have done weight watchers before and so do lots of my friends and they are all told the same thing. Type in your web browser: BMR calculator. It will tell you how to calculate how many calories you need to eat every day and then you can cut back so much everyday and with exercise to lose weight. I just did it and now I think it will be easier.
