@Dana92484 <br><br>I'm not doing too well with the healthy eating at the moment. I only started on Friday and weekends are my downfall. I am hoping to try harder tomorrow and be healthier and more accurate with my calories. Have you lost much so far?

@PeopleWillStare I've been dieting for almost 2 years now, but just started twye like a month ago. I've lost about 65 pounds. Now comes the hard part of keeping it off! So this is helping me keep track of everything and it helps me stay honest. How many calories do you allow yourself for the day? I've dieted my WHOLE life I understand having a bad day, happens to everyone. You'll start fresh tomorrow! :)

@Dana92484 Well done for losing 65 pounds! That's amazing! I have started fresh today. I don't really set myself a calorie allowance, I just try to eat only when I'm hungry and pick healthy foods. I am hoping for a career change and would love to be a dietitian, I am currently reading lots on the subject of healthy eating which I find helps keep me motivated.

@PeopleWillStare if you that, you should be fine! You know whats healthy and you know when you're hungry!! I'd be interested to change careers to do something in nutrition I just have no idea where to begin.
