I don´t think you need to feel hungry. You must eat every 3 or 4 hours. What you need to do is burn more cal.(doing exercise) and eat a litlle less. Don´t starve yourself and if you crave something: eat, but just a small piece.

I´m having a really bad week. I´ve already overtook my calorie limit 3 days this week and I am not doing any exercise. It´s almost winter here and is getting hard to stay away of sweet-stuff and calorie foods. I am already at my goal and I am just trying to keep my current weight.

I'm sorry you were having a bad week. We're all human, though! We can't beat ourselves up when we get off-track. It's hard, especially when things change - weather, schedules, etc. With sweet foods I often suggest trying to figure out why you are having a craving for something. Are you bored? What could you do instead? Do you need energy? What's a good nutrient-rich food that can get your energy up? Do you just want something sweet? Maybe you need more naturally sweet foods in your diet, like fruit or root veggies. Hope you're having a better week this week! :)

Since yesterday nigth (may,7th) I can´t enter at my diary. I can login but when I´ll enter at "my diary" it shows the follow message:
"We're sorry, but something went wrong.
We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly".
Can someone fix that fo me? Thanks.

@Rah_bertaz <br>Hi, this happened to me a while ago. I still posted to my diary via twitter and could access my diary on my phone but not my laptop. I only lasted a few days then either someone fixed it or it fixed itself lol! Try not to get too anxious, try writing down what you eat on paper then transferring it when your diary is fixed. Hugs xx

I just had a really bad sunday night. I overdid 1.000 cal in sweeties and bread, damn it !!! I am just feeling guilty. Tomorrow I´ll need to do more workout and eat a lot of fruit and vegetables.

Bom dia.
É importante que você estabeleça metas mais reais antes de mais nada (Uma nutricionista me disse que devemos perder de 2/3 quilos por mês para ser de forma saudável). Emagrecer 15 quilos em mais ou menos 3 meses é muito. Que tal mudar para 6 a 8 quilos? Dessa forma você não se sentirá frustrada se não atingir essa primeira meta. Lembre-se que o que você deve fazer é uma REEDUCAÇÃO ALIMENTAR (irá aplicar para o resto da sua vida) e não uma Dieta (tem a conotação de restrição e temporária - depois de emagrecer você vai querer voltar a comer como antes, voltar aos hábitos alimentares ruins).
Procure comer a cada + - 3 horas, coma muitas frutas e legumes/verduras, faça exercícios aeróbicos pelo menos 4x/semana, evite comer doces e muita massa, mas NÃO passe vontade, não seja radical na restrição. Se quiser comer planeje o seu dia para tentar não estourar nas calorias, pegue uma porção pequena ou meia (eu costumo postar primeiro aqui e depois comer). E importante, caso estoure que você não se puna, escreva no diário tudo o que comeu, mesmo que já tenha ultrapassado e no dia seguinte tente melhorar.
Eu sigo um twitter de um grupo de nutricionistas: eles sempre dão dicas (@CRNUTRI). Espero ter ajudado.

I eat a lot of fruits because of the vitamin in them BUT only I only eat 100/200g per fruit. We should eat 3 or 4 kind of differents fruits per day. At my breakfast I only eat fruit (usually I am mot hungry at morning). A nutritionist said on TV that breakfast can´t overtake 300cal and should have fruits and protein (milk, yogurt, cheese etc). Good luck. PS: English it´s not my first language so sorry about grammar errors.

I usually do 1000/12000 cal. but I eat at lest 5 meals per day, each one every 3 hours more or less. I eat a LOT of fruit and vegetables. Where I live is summer so it´s easier.
So far since october, 17th I lost 22 pounds (10 kilos)

Be sure that you tweet all your calories BEFORE you eat them. About chocolate: only eat the amount that won´t overdo your limit calories (try to spare it at the day). The rest of the choc put away (hidden in a cabinet or something) and eat more tomorrow.
