@Samsarah I eat Nutella with a spoon - just one spoon full is usually enough to make me want more, so I have to be really careful. <br><br>Have you tried Campino Fruit and yougurt candies? 15 calories each but they last a long time and give me that sugar I crave sometimes.... I've also resorted to drinking diet soda for the quick rush. The soda isn't really a good idea, just a quick fix

@Homeflower<br>I have not tried the candi, sounds good. the diet soda I do have once in wile, but I have to have it early, before 3 or else I end up too wired to sleep, yesterday I crashed after supper so it was to late to resort to soda, after my post I felt calmer and ended up being ok. My husband put the nutella away so it would not be in my face....I never asked him too, but this morning my daugter was looking for it so he told me he had just put it in a place were it would just not be so visible and tempting to me. I thought that was really supportive of him. I had told him that I was concerned because I had bought it but had not told him about the craving last night....anyway things are better today <br><br>hope things are going well for you too

@Samsarah Put the nutella in the bin! You will feel empowered. Tell your daughter you dropped the jar!
