@Weightlosskitty Awesome thinking...I have to do "just for today" as well...trying to limit my snacking...I have to take a lot of medications and supplements, so I have to eat a "little something" with each dose...some very "safe" snacks are celery sticks, cucumber slices, and fat-free saltines. :) Good luck! :)
