@iamkateb i'm about the same kinda height, well 5'8/5'9.. was just wondering, (and maybe it's just me) but cos we're like taller .. although you look slimmer if your taller, don't ya feel quite manlyish being tall and over weight? Especially if you're standing beside petite girls :/

that's ridiculous.. although i get very constipated also, and i usually try prunes, actually, I try everything!
I think the best thing is water, and LOTS of green tea to be honest.
