@laballs my goals are to excercise when i can around my new job, but not punish myself for not excercising, to do more fin things like dance and aerobics classes not slog on a treadmil or xtrainer just hoping to burn burn burn ( i had an overexcercising problem last year which then resulting in oppoiste extreme when began new job and didnt gym for almost months!!!! other goal is to eat more heathily but not to be so restrictive this year, because i used to do very good 3 strict days then end up binging on the 4th days! it went over and over and no matter if i lost or gained weight, i was never happy with my body. good luck with your new start xx

@Pchitz 600 a day is very dangerous. no one should ever go lower than 1200 and 1500 is a sensible and effective daily limit to lose weight. trust me, ive been there with eating disorders and out the other side now, please dont put your body through such little food because it will make you so ill. xxx

unless your eating pre packed food with calorie amounts on, you will have to have a rough idea of the weight of each food type you eat, as even with crowd control on a food type, it will vary depending how much of it you consume!

Hey all... i just realised that the big nougart bars by barratt ae only 170cals a bar and 1.6g fat! ok so yes i bought a pack of 4 in the pound shop and have already had 2 - so the challeng is to SAVe the other 2 for next time i really feel like choc and dont want the fat of one!!! Might be too sickly or sweet for some people, but for people like me who crave sugary/sweet stuff, i definately think this is a better option than a small chocolate bar, as its alot lower in fat. and its alot more substantial than my usual sugar diet favourite of marshmallows, becuase its fuller like a chocolate bar. Good luck my fellow weekend bingers/diet sabatagers, hope u get through it! I had an awful food weekend last week so trying to have a good one this time...

thankyou guys... :-) had a big stupid binge op choc digestives with tons of peanut butter on top last night in the middle of the night, im such an emotional eater, had first argument with new bf about such a silly thing.... and feeeling deeply regretful about the argument and the binge this morn!!! lol. my birthday tomorrow and feel as huge as a house so not going to starve myself today cos them ill end up binging again, just going to have a day of healthy eating and not even counting the calories, just picking low fat options etc. then monday onwards after my bday weekend is done (which is bound to involve lots of choc, naughty foos and cocktails! ha) i can start focusing on healthily getting back to my ideal shape and weight without pressure of a 2 week birthday ahead :-)

hey all, hope everyone enjoyed easter eggs and those u survived lent enjoyed easter sunday treats!!!

i had a great 3 weeks away in south africa but im very sad and dissapointed tha the body i worked soooo hard for between new year and last month is almost no where to be seen, instead, im an unfit panting chubby exscuse for a gym bunny. not cool. enjoyed first work out in 3 weeks this morning, but god 3 weeks and im sooo unfit!!! not to mention the embarrasement at having to dig out my old bigger gym trousers because my new lovely ones currently chop my sides in half! ha.

BRING ON THE TWEETING AND HEALTHY SENSIBLE EATING and GYM SESSIONS!!!!!

depending on the brand, and if its low fat/sugar version or regular, 2 tespoons is about 100-180cals.

popcorn is lower calorie and fat than crisps.... try a big bag and will fill u up alot so u wil struggle to binge thru more than 2 big bags- even i do and im a serial binger!! can get swet or savory depending what ucrave when binging! also sweetened porridge is fast easy and also makes ur belly feel so full ur gonna pop, so as much as u make u still wont overload on calories! also frozen yoghurt over icecream, or look up 'skinny ewe' icecream, ridiculously low cal and v yummy, some health shops stock it, i buy about 4 tubs in and keep them in for the binge attacks!

ooops! this week was meant to be all about cutting down ready for my 3 week trip to south africa on monday - but new boyfriend equals lots of dinner out and trips to cinema and #pic n mix and me were destined to be together! lol. atleast ive not given into chocolate since lent still! or alocohol :-) im actually at exactly the weight i want to be at the moment, really happy, maybe thats why ive got a little complacent though, and now am panicking that 3 weeks without the gym when my body is used to 6days 2hr sessions, plus holiday food temptations etc, that im gonna come back and have wasted all the last 3 months effort since xmas getting back to perfect shape!!
