Im down to 119 pounds again - finally!
Happy but have a few people breathing down my neck about my calorie intake - anyone else with this annoying problem!!x

Fair comment Iv only got one exam - mostly essays and assessments yawnn .. Im at Bournemouth! I get full quite quickly so tend to snack more than eat actual meals.. have you been doing the little and often routine? xx

What uni are you at? Im 5'7" too! It's just so cold at the moment I'm struggling to run..
Apparently if you under eat by 400 calories you will start loosing weight.. so i reckon if you stick to it your be sweet by Christmas babe!x x

im doing ok - iv been sticking to around 600 - 800 calories a day. Want to drop back down to 8 and a half before Christmas - Ive never been this big before bloody student lifestyle!lol

Hey i live with 6 other girls and we all eat completely different.. u do my own food shopping and eat in my room. Choosing your own meals and eating alone really helps as your not tempted by anyone elses food =)

Im trying to loose weight for my holiday on the 12th June - eating 500 calories a day and no carbs past 2pm.. Try doing more cardio.. some ab exercises and small weights with a large amount of reps - I'm doing 1.5hours every day in the gym with Sundays as a rest day and its going very well.. best of luck!
