just some advice when doing calorie counting, i was doing a 1000 cal per day diet a couple of summers ago and went from 65kg to 59kg in 6 weeks. BUT it made me very ill as i was eating a lot of 'low calorie' products in order to keep the daily intake low. you should avoid these products like the plague as they have too many chemicals in them. if you want a naughty snack, make sure to check the ingredients, it's better to eat more calories that are in a sweet snack that's healthy-ish, than to save calories by indulging in low calorie - high artificial additives snacks. they absolutely kill your immune system!
