poor elli, i know your problems very well but eating nothing isn't the solution. be sensible with the things you eat, eat a lot of wholemeal, spelt-pasta and something like this. Eat a lot of friuts and vegetables - "good" carbohydrates.
<br>And do a lot of sport - use the bike instead of the car, walk around and have fun!
<br>this will work better than eating nothing!

No! Don't do that ... not eating anything will only put your body in "starvation mode". You may not like this, but, you actually may not be eating enough calories - REALLY! Try having 1400 calories for a few days (and get some exercise, anything you can do) ... see if that helps the scale to "be friendly". Don't starve yourself :)

TWYE shows you as being at this less then a month! That 10 pounds will take ten weeks to lose at a pound a week. In the mean time, scales will hove a pound or two either way due to things like differences in water weight, digestion speed, and randomness!

Youll stop your metabolism in its tracks.<br><br>The first few days is the hardest, if you lose a pound your lucky your body has to get used to eating less and moving more.<br><br>Also you should be eating at least 1000 calories. Probably more like 1200 or 1300. If you eat small meals or snacks 4-6 times a day it will speed up your metabolism, and give you the energy to excercise.
