Hi!
Ive been a member for a while, but i dont post very often! Ive gained about 12 pounds (138 pounds) in the last few months of summer holidays, being out of college and not doing my usual routine! This week ive managed to go down to 134 pounds by watching what i eat!
But my biggest craving is chocolate, i could eat it and eat it until i got sick and then id go back to eating it some more! is there anything i can eat that would stop these cravings? or just low calorie chocolaty substiutes?

Also...has anyone tried Hoodia? the appetite supressent? Just wondering if it worked! hanks in advance for any hepl i may get !:)

ugh im alll bloated again...i had a few ryvitas...i needed something crunchy! I think im allergic or slightly intolerent to something thats in crackers! idk? i can have soysauce and porridge without feeling all horrrible and 'roundy bellied' (i dont really eat anything else that would have wheat or gluten in it)

does anyone else have this problem? i dont want to make a fuss saying im wheat or gluten intolerent..if im not!
And i used to eat crackers like everyday? can ye just develope a reaction to something??

im trying to build up stamina on the treadmill too!
im not sure what professionals might suggest, but for me, i just try to add on a minute or two eash time i fun...keep pushing myself. Also if you get a stitch in your ribs, run through it as best you can, as it will go away after a inute or two. I hardly get them anymore now! Try not to drink too much during running eithe, just sips:)
Hope thats helpful, its whats worked for me, but everyones different:)

If its for a special event r something i have done the Cayenne pepper diet! lost 7 pounds in 5 days!
but wouldnt recomend it for a long term thimg, because i gained the weight back very quiickly, when i went back to eating.
But for long term, i found that just genreally centering all my meals around vegetable and fruits, and adding different low cal flavours was satasfying and i didnt pig out on carbs and junk! stirfry with lots of flavours is what i generaly go for! soy sauce, chilli sauce etc!
