90 cals per digestive. you've not been very bad so don't worry! eat grapes or something instead. usually the urge to eat is greater than what you actually want to eat..

@GRRLPOWR you'll 100% regret the decision if you don't go! it's better to regret gaining a couple a pounds that you can EASILY lose once you're back into your normal routine than regret not taking the trip, which you can only take as a holiday in future. go for it :) x

@ similar to yours it seems, i try to keep carbs to a minimum and aim to have only small deserts etc (when i do). i'm in uni too. haha yeah i agree with the alcohol! i normally have wine or vodka w diet coke though so i won't be cutting that out if i do decide to give the diet a go. potatoes are veg so it probably wouldn't be too bad.. some new potatoes in the evening w rocket salad for eg and fruit in the day.. sounds dull though!!x

i found this page on company magazine's website. leona lewis went from a 14-10 in one month as she only ate vegetables and only drank water. what do you guys think, any takers? X

@missstatistic i haven't ever looked at people's diaries myself, but you do notice what people are eating flashing up on the home page next to your log in. so like when my nutella comes up now i'm sure there will be some tuts lol! keeps us in check i guess! i'm not so sure i'd like someone monitoring what i was eating and commenting on it... unless of course they were a dietician - that would be brilliant! then they could suggest a healthy meal to try each week. it could feature by the log in like "...suggests salmon w broccoli and wedges as it has x calories, xg fat and xg saturated fat" it'd help improve our diets annnd by adding a new meal each week it keeps the diet interesting x

@cadburyaddict11 yeah me too, even if it's hard seeing the binge knowing everyone else can see it too, it's better being honest w yourself so it's easier to track where you fall x

just try to think of it as... one week because your mum was down. i know it's easier saying it to others (see my above for how hypocritical this seems lol!) but that's the only way to look at it. you look gorgeous in your pic so it's not as though you can be far off you're goal weight (i'm sure you're already there) :) xxx

why can't i just be thinner. i'm always disgusting fat fat fat fat fat. had cereal last night thinking it was only going to be about 100-130 cals. turns out muesli is very fatty and was closer to 300. 300!! i'd have had chocolate etc if i meant to binge. my dad saw me make it, heard me say '..only 100 cals blah blah blah' then just now says how it was probably around '500' bc he's always known it's very high calorie. ER THANKS???? why not tell me you knew it was high in calories BEFORE i sat there and ate it. i feel like such a failure. i'd go without eating if i could but my stomach hurts so much if i do :'(.

of course some of the weight on the scales will be muscle gain, so in that sense what you weigh isn't the most important factor. but if you feel you look as though you've put on weight then generally things like drinking vodka w diet coke or wines are less cals than jd i think (could be wrong though). annnd for japanese stuff you're just best sticking with either raw (ugh) or rolls as they're low in fat/cals. of course any of the cooked stuff like chicken katsu is delicioussss but higher in cals (like 400 for a tiny portion!)

LOVE your idea cadburyaddict11! and to the right side (like w the 'do not eat' list) there should be the box to put percentages so like you say we can easily see..
"boredom= %
emotional= %" etc.

although the layouts great as it is, i guess if you wanted to update that it could be done in an 'apple' kinda way. yknow the way they make itunes etc look so modern? i love that look (but pls keep the system simple as it is!). i agree w a chat room. but there should also be a link were we can go to add people onto our twitter pages to talk about this stuff too. like a list of our names w our photo then maybe under 10 words next to it to describe ourselves?

i just try to remind myself that binging on healthy foods is not neaaaarly as fun as say... b&j ice cream etc so there's no point at all. and just remind yourself it's got to last the whole week xoxo

height has nothing to do w the size, and besides, it's all about shape so dw :). so long as we're all healthy and like the shape of our bodies (to an extent haha) that's all that counts whether you're a size 16 or a size 6 in my opinion!
