@kellyxmariex0 Hi Kelly, since you've already resolved to eat healthy and you're active in the warm weather, my only suggestion is to work out once a day and find ways to keep moving. One of the things I do when I'm just watching TV or on the computer is to sit on a stability ball. It keep the muscles working and helps tighten the core muscle group.
