My problem is in my stomach and arm area. I do weight stuff with my arms, but all I do to get rid of stomach fat is 100 crunches a day. I've heard they only strengthen the stomach muscles, so what are some exercises I can do to burn stomach fat?

Well you should probably get the daily intake of calories, it's probably not 1000. Not eating can actually slow down your metabolism. Plus, working out and stuff helps too. :)

You should drink water. That stuff fills you up good, plus it's good for you too. And for chocolate you should just limit yourself to like 3 or 4 mini-bars a day.
