Your weight fluxuates 5ish lbs just from drinking or eating or peeing. If you wanna be like 125 and your in the range of 125-130 that is your ideal weight.<br><br>Like me, Ive been dieting 3 days and lost waaaay to much weight. But thats only because I was eating likeeee shytttttttt! But you were eating well and then took a holidy its going to be harder to lose the weight because your used to eating well.<br><br>Try maybe an extra half hour of working out (a day), thatll help.

<br>and an other thing: i come from austria and we count our weights in 'Kilogramm' so i'm not sure what you mean with the second sentences, are you able to say it in other words?

Honey, its simple: you HAVE to eat less. Or exercise more. Or both. Doesnt matter if you do this already.

@popekroztropek just gaze at my food diary and and get an idea of this yourself :S.
