Thank!<br><br>But, i'm totally lost. I have a BMR of 1323.8, Is it supose the calories that i have to consume?

@labrujitat That's right,My BMR is about 1400 and I was eating about 1700/day, I was doing my exercise 3 times /week but I did not lose any weight for about 4 weeks! After I reduced my calories to 1200, I see some progress! BMR is the calories that your body need to maintain everyday activities.<br>If you eat more.... you gain! If you eat less....you lose... Do some exercise to reduce your calories!!<br>Good luck!<br>
