i just recently (2 years ago) lost 40 lbs and managed to keep it off until a month ago. I realized i fell off the wagon after i weighed myself and saw that i gained 5 lbs. my lack of motivation to work out has turned me LAZY. i used to work out 5-6 times a week....now its RARE if i do! my goal is to start over little by little -i don't want to do this to just lose the weight-but do it to get healthier and free my mind from STRESS. let the endolphins flow. good luck to everyone. REMEMBER POSITIVE THINKING GOES A LONG WAY. we can ALL accomplish whatever we set our minds to...the power of positive thinking is SO GREAT it'll blow you away...

just fyi-positive thinking helped me lose 40 lbs on my own.......if i could do it anyone can!!!!!
