@melbel1811 Just a few years back I told myself I would always be heavy. Then somehow lost 35, did the up-down thing for a while, but learned a lot of good eating/exercise habits along the way. Now when the weight shoots up I wake up much sooner and get it back down. Never have reached my goal weight though. This time I will, just 20 more pounds. Happy, healthy eating to you and keep that positive attitude.
