Don't know if its possible to lose that much but its seriously worth a go, the exercise will tone you up anyway so you will look better even if you dont reach your target weight. Try swapping carb snacks like cereal bars (if you do eat that kind of thing) for protein like chicken pieces or yogurt. Even just for the last week before you go cut out carbs so dont have bread, rice, pasta, cereal, potatoes, sugar etc and it will really change the shape of your stomach even in just a few days and you could lose the last stubborn pounds. It will give you that weight loss kick, but its not a very easy diet to sustain for a long time. Good luck!x

Im trying to loose weight for my holiday on the 12th June - eating 500 calories a day and no carbs past 2pm.. Try doing more cardio.. some ab exercises and small weights with a large amount of reps - I'm doing 1.5hours every day in the gym with Sundays as a rest day and its going very well.. best of luck!
