There is a few things you can do. Cut out not only chocolate, but complex carbs and sugars. Meaning no bread, rice, pasta, lollies, junk food, chocolate, etc. You can have one day off a week to eat these things, but 6 days a week you should have sugar-free things (like sugar free lollies to substitute, and not have bread with meals, like have salads instead of sandwiches, and no rice with your dinners, etc. STEER CLEAR OF CARBS!!!) <br>At night time before bed do squats and lunges in your room. they really help firm your bum and legs and make them tighter/smaller!<br>Do about 50 squats and 50 lunges. do them in sets of 10 or 15..whatever is comfortable for you.<br>Over time you will see the difference.<br>Stay strong!! :)
