I work as a product promoter on weekends and the last week I was promoting chocolate and its soooooo difficult to resist! I managed on the first day but on the second I just had to taste....help me :(

Help me.....I keep eating carbs!!!! spent a whole day eating carbs!! :( :( I wasn't like this a while ago but with the cold weather I just can't stand to eat yoghurts and salads :(

stuff yourself on healthy foods like salads and apples and drink green tea, then ull be too full to look at the sweets....then just allow yourself one small treat.

hey I'm 5'1 and I'm going through the same thing. I used to weigh 160 and lost the weight but going on a low GI diet, it's basically cutting down on carbs and sugar. Wish I could lose another 15 too....im currently at 136 but I'm finding it really hard to stay away from carbs and sweets :( any ideas to stop the cravings?

try spreading some lactose free chocolate spread on a wrap (in Malta we have soya chocolate spread but I don;t know what you might find at home).

It tastes really good toasted :O)

I just added toffee to my do not eat list. Anyone have any suggestions for some alternatives, I REALLY have a sweet tooth?

I just started TWYE. I hope I finally manage to lose some weight from my bum...I actually have quite a small waist and whenever I lose weight its my chest that goes down first (and I dnt want to lose more from my chest :( ) any tips on how I can lose from my bum? I barely have time to exercise cos I'm currently studying at uni which takes up LOADS of my time. I'm going to try to spend 40 days (lent) without chocolate hehe hope I manage cos im addicted!
