Good luck!!! Just know that it's not going to be easy, but that you can do it. Also what helps me is that the WHY is more important than the HOW. When I feel the urge to eat something bad I have to remember WHY I'm losing weight. And that seems to help me some.<br><br>Oh, and GOOOOOOOOD LUCK!!!
