@BabyKtee lol! if you don't mind my asking, how old are you? BTW, crunches are a great way to work on the muffin top. Have to admit I am lazy about those myself... Also I find that carbs tend to plant themselves in my abdominal area, more than any other food!

Fresca is awesome. also there are a lot of new sodas on the market that don't have added sugar but are fruit juice sweetened, so they have about half the calories and they are healthier.

@cadburyaddict11 It is a great idea and obviously others feel the same way. I thought maybe you were a therapist or coach since you seem to have great comments that help others on here. Usually therapists won't reveal much about themselves, though (my husband is a therapist) so I am glad that you are willing to. With weight loss/ food issues I think it helps. I am a coach myself. If you want to email me directly, there is a place on the right of the Forum screen since I am an administrator. I would love to talk with you more about your ideas. The site has some natural SuperUsers and we would like to capitalize on your input if possible.

@cadburyaddict11 Interesting. I'm going to try that- I do notice that it's harder to binge when I tweet- keeps me honest! do you guys read each others' diaries or is it just the idea that someone is watching? How would it work if there was a moderator, or if one of you was the moderator?

btw girls- just wanted you to know that I don't always tweet on the weekends. That is, if I can handle it, without going overboard. (You all know what I mean!) ;-) I go on quiet diet. but if I go off, then I come back here! And I'm back monday morning.

If you do portion control on it- then you can still have them. Is 280 calories for 6 nuggets accurate? If so, that is a reasonable lunch. then eat volumes of steamed veggies or salad with fat free dressing and you will fill the rest of your tummy up. If you let yourself eat what you like, you won't feel deprived. same with the donuts. 1 could be your breakfast.

Hey everybody- Wanted to let you all know that I have joined Aressidi's team to try to find out more about what premium features you might like to see from the site, if any. Anyone who wants to share- tell me what you've been using the site for, and what you wish you could do with it-- Are you all using it to try to lose weight? How's it been going? Any before/after shots?
And I am on the TWYE team, but also a client! I've been tweeting all week and it is really helping me stay on track. Just the fact that I know I have to tweet something makes me think twice before I eat it. :-)

hey cadbury- very hot photo! is that what you look like now or is that your motivational photo to give yourself incentive to get back to it? I lost a bunch of weight for last summer but I find the winter to be the hardest time. Is cadbury caramel your addiction? that was always my favorite. impressive that you are giving up chocolate for lent!

that is the hardest!! a stocked fridge full of yummy things that you are never usually around. a few thoughts- try to give yourself the same portion control that you give the kids (in other words- eat only what they eat) and don't graze the leftovers off of their meals. Try to focus on the abundance as an opportunity NOT to feel deprived. In other words, you can think "I could have as much of this as I want, but just this once I won't. I could have some tomorrow." Allow yourself a small portion of the stuff you really like, and choose wisely. Good luck with it!

scroll your mouse over the right of the food on your list and you will see a red circle with a line through it- click on that. And don't be so hard on yourself about the peanut butter- you can always do better moving forward. Or buy the small jar of peanut butter just in case you eat the whole thing! :-)
