what can i say, im rubbish! after asking for advice on here about the master cleanse/lemonade diet, i went for it...and didnt even last the day!

im not eating reeeaaally badly, but not eating healthily either, eg today ive had lunch out, dinner at home and am now eating marmite on toast! i cant possibly be hungry i actually saw someone mention marmite on twitter and thought 'ooh, marmite'

so i need to start fresh and start using twye again. hows it going for everyone else? 4 months ago

rubbish weekend

i havent even attempted to keep track of what ive eaten this weekend, drinks and food at my bosses house on friday, not TOO bad yesterday but took 'all you can eat' a bit too literally today. i want to start fresh tomorrow, this is such a good place and its obviously benefitting alot of people, i havent even given it a fair chance yet 5 months ago

Re: Iron Pills?

ive never heard of that before, but a good tip is to make sure to take iron with something containing vitamin c to help the body absorb it 5 months ago
