don't beat yourself up about it! the master cleanse is a starvation diet: it doesn't work in the long run, it's not realistic and it's impossible to stick to (unless you're beyonce and have a big movie role & lots of money depending on it!) and hey, marmite on toast isn't the worst food to snack on either, so leave it at that and focus again. (when i think i've been bad, i usually think 'fuck it, might as well carry on' which is obviously the worst thing to do!)

on a personal note, i'm doing ok - have lost half a stone :) i've been eating 'normally' now for the past few weeks and although the weight loss is slowing down, it's all about changing my habits and sticking to it. had a few slip ups (i.e. alcohol and chinese takeaways) but carrying on. and like the loser that i am, i have a picture of charlotte church on my kitchen cupboards!

Oh god, I'm the worst for seeing something and then wanting it myself! I'm an advertisers dream, all they have to do is show me a photo of a Big Mac, and I'm craving it so badly!

thank you guys, those were all good comments to read. ive been far better today, been weighed and aiming to lose half a stone before a weekend away in the middle of april.
