My question is about dairy. I'm experimenting with cutting back a bit. So, instead of decaf coffee w/cream, I've switched to herbal tea, and today I put almond milk on my cereal instead of regular milk. But I plan to keep eating yogurt and cheese. I'm curious to see if my constantly stuffed-up sinuses improve. What's your take on dairy?

By the way, I've added you as a friend with the hope that seeing what you eat will help keep me on track. Thanks for the inspiration!

Hi, maybe you could help, I do 70 crunches and 50 of those 'lying on your side and lifting your leg up like sissors' thingys every evening (50 on each side). I jog on the spot 5mins and have just gone up to 10 mins once or twice a week. Do you think this is enough excerise? I have 2 young children and work part time so I dont have time or money to go to the gym. Am I wasting my time doing these things?

My problem is in my stomach and arm area. I do weight stuff with my arms, but all I do to get rid of stomach fat is 100 crunches a day. I've heard they only strengthen the stomach muscles, so what are some exercises I can do to burn stomach fat?
