I totally understand....At night I crave sweets, and more often than not (lately)I have been giving in.
Tonight I cut off all eating @6pm, and so far so good.
I have also found that hot herbal tea is a lifesaver when it comes to preventing nighttime binges.

I MUST try this! I have been stuck on a weight loss plateau for about 2 months. I've always wondered if it was my late, night meals which caused this.
Tonight I will eat my dinner at 6pm (at this point I am so frustrated I will try anything).

@clarabelleclara Thanks for your response. I love yoga, but I think I'll have to add 30-40 minutes of cardio as well.

Has anyone had weight loss success by using yoga as their primary form of exercise?
