Hey guys! I bought Paul Mckenna's book "i can make you thin" on saturday and i think its amazing! I have read it cover to cover and i feel so good, i really reccommend it to everyone. His method is not about dieting its about reprogramming our brains to stop us eating too much crap. The book comes with a cd which you listen to which helps and i really belive its working!! I was at work yesterday which usually leads to pigging out and eating crap, (i work in a spar) but yesterday i wasn't even slightly temped, everytime i looked at chocolate or crips i could here in my head "make healthy choices!!" crazy but true!! i have also noticed i am eating so much less then before. I know it's only early days but im really excited, the programme says not to weigh yourself for 2 weeks so im counting down. fingers crossed it works and i'll keep you guys posted!! x x x x x x

I did the race for life today and it was awsome. The atmosphere was amazing and the turn out was pretty huge for inverness, neaarly 4000 women, children and a few dogs turned up to raise monay for cancer research.I cant wait for next year so i can do it again, and i want to urge every1 to sign up, its worth it. x x x x x

I just added '2 gold buiscuits' to my do not eat list. Anyone have any suggestions for some alternatives?

So much for me beign strong bloody sister bringing my fav buiscuits home grr

Although my eating has been good over the last few weeks i haven't been able to get the time to update my diary, but now im back im making sure i have time because this is important i just need to keep reminding myself! over the weeekend i stayed at my boyfriends and my eating when haywire so im making meal plans everyday and trying to stick to it...fingers crossed!!! x x x x

I have had such a crap week! all i wanna do us eat, im a stress eater but after last night last night my i cant face anything, last night my boyfriend phoned in a rage. He had been at the pub and some guy who i've never met decided to slag me off!! He wont tell me what was said, he said it'll upset me.. i guessed that this guy was calling me fat and going on about my weight and david went quiet so i guessed right : ( i feel crap im trying hard to loose weight and randoms slag me off!! in the last year ive gone form a size 20-22 to an 18! but people still decide im a fat heifer i am trying to keep the weight loss going but times like this make me feel like giving up!! : (

I am so confused i usually check my weight on my wii fit. this tells me everyday that my weight fluctuates about 3lbs a day :( however i started using The biggest loser software for my wii in the last week and i had my weekly weigh in tonight. The biggest loser told me i lost 2lbs i wnet straight on the wii fit and it said i put on 1lb :( i dont know which one to go by.

hey i think the biggest loser game is brilliant!! you can set goals and it uses ur weight, height and your goals to calucuale how many cals you should be eating and to talor a workout for you. each workout is differnt 2. you can also choose the workouts and mix it up. also there are sections with hundreads of tips and healthy recipies. all in all well worth the money and it even got my boyfriend of the sofa!!!! x x x x x

I think i finally got my motivation back today!!! I think its because this week i treated myself to new workout kit which i feel good in and i can move well in. I also got The Biggest Loser wii game today, ive just tried it and i love it i really feel like im working hard!!I also decided to act on a wild thought i had today, i live near an old volcano called ord hill. I always wanted to walk round it but i didnt know where the paths were today i had the tought and acted on it before i could change my mind. unfortunaltely at one point i got los lol but in total i hiked just over 5 miles!!! Im pretty chuffed with myself today adn i think my motivation has finally come back!!!

hey, thats a great idea having a friend to support you as well as everyine here on TWYE. Just remeber not to let your freind influence you in a negative way. last year i joined the gym with my sister and my best friend, six months later my best friend dropped out and two months after that my sister stopped!! Anyway i'd love to make "friends" with you to help support you, il add you today!

yea weekends are bad 4 me 2 lol!! I can only see my boyfriend at weekends coz we live 120 miles apart, so i end up eating what he does, or he takes me out and we end up drinking!!! Pretty much my fav pass time!! It was hard enough avoiding vodka bit now sailor jerry's is here its impossible lol!!!

i need willpower!! i feel like i do well with my eating and exercise most of the time but as soon as i get stressed i have no willpower!! tonight i was meant to have fish pie and veg, i ended up having chinese!!! i need people to tell me off for eating bad and help me stay on track please add me and help me stay on track.

Hello,I'm totally new to this and i was hoping I could get some advice. I am running the race for life this year adn lets just say im not in shape lol. I have two months untill the date and i was hoping i could get some advice on how to prepare my body adn get into shape by then. I excersise on my wii on average 3 1/2 to 4 hours a week, i walk to placement once or twice a week- its a mile and a half- and i have started going out for walks at night. Any advice and tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks shers
