The first few days were miserable for me also..hard to break years of bad eating habits. Just think of eating GOOD HEALTHY FOODS. I'm learning to like cucumbers, broccoli and such. 7-8 days without your sweets and you won't think about them so much anymore.

You should drink water. That stuff fills you up good, plus it's good for you too. And for chocolate you should just limit yourself to like 3 or 4 mini-bars a day.

@kenzasaurr Ive been eating the special K double chocolate bars.They tasteamazzzzing! So thats been helping alot.<br><br>And I always drink alot of water, out of hab it.<br><br>

@dajero1 Nutella is a cocoa flavored hazelnut spread, you can find it where the peanut butter, almond butter,and honey at any local grocery stores.

If your body feels like it's craving sugar you might also be dehydrated, so drink a big glass of water and then re-think whether you still want that chocolate! Also, don't think of it as a diet, think of it as you're eating healthier now and are going to feel better, live longer and best of all have a healthy glow! Embrace it!

it is just like the peanut butter, you don't have to use 2 tbs<br>to spread, you can use only 1 tbs on whole wheat bread or something.... It fills you up and no hydrogenated vegetable oil! ah-ha,I can just suck up the spoon!

100 calorie portions of string cheese..the light type..or a handful of almonds...a little protein helps me curb cravings.
