I have been on a near-constant low recently, so been massively bingeing. We don't have the same problem, as mine is psychological and yours was social, but the good news is in your case you can just set your mind to the task and with a couple week's concentration and a firm "no" to pressure from friends you will have no trouble getting that bikini bod back! Can you hit the gym again over the next 5 weeks? Also, try to plan your week in advance, deciding which nights will be in and which will be nights out. That has helped me a lot, as I tend to do my gym sessions on the days when I am going to go over my calorie intake (for instance when I know I will be drinking) or eat slightly smaller meals/cut out carbs/dessert etc if I am hitting the town with friends. Planning your days will also help you avoid "useless" calories - if I'm hesitating whether to stay in and work or go to the pub I might have a glass of wine while I decide, and there's not much point in that if in the end I choose to catch an early night. Set yourself weekly weight loss targets - but leave a margin for occasional slip-ups or treats! :) Hope this helps x

@ Thanks for the advise. Yeah the plan is to go to the gym 5 to 6 days a week and just try and be extremely healthy and when I do go out drink less which means no binge eating when drunk. I just wish I starved myself months ago and didn't feel stressed that i've got to be in a bikini in just over a month next to thin twig hot girls.

Have you heard of the "belly fat cure diet", it's a book by Jorge Cruise, the diet is awesome. I've lost 16 pounds in 5 weeks and eating what I love. we only count carbs and sugars.
The hidden sugars are everywhere!! we eat bacon, eggs, toast, butter, nuts, meats...etc etc.....6 servings (20 grams each) of carbs a day and only 15 grams of sugar a day.
