hey i'm back!!! After being away travelling for a month, eaten way too much rich food and WAY too much alcohol. Half a stone heavier i'm here! Bad times xxx

I'm really sorry but you need help. I'm sick of hearing all these things on this site when it's not a pro ana site. I am no longer using this site becuase of this. You are ill and you need to face facts and get help!

I'm so annoyed i just ate a large pack of cool dorito crips!!!!!! A girl at work gave them to me! waa! It's not a one off i ate like a horse at the weekend! I'm so annoyed as i've got a bbq tonight otherwise i would just have the smallest dinner! ahhhhhhh

@charlienbailey You sound very skinny! I'm 5'7 and at my skinniest I was 26 inch waist and because I was tall people said I looked so anorexic skinny! You should really think about the damage you are doing to your body! Honestly it's not worth it, trust me.

Good Luck you'll be fine, limit your calories to 1200-1500 a day and workout as much as you can. Try and limit carbs in the evening and obviously sweet things as sugar turns into fat regardless of how many calories are in them. You'll be fine, put a pic up around your house of your aim body - i've just put the girls from the H&M advert on my fridge lol. Really try and stick to your Tweet diary even at weekends and always be truthful with yourself.

Does anyone know how many calories, 40 minutes of front crawl at a good pace? It is a private gym so the swimming pool is not 25 metre. Hope someone can help :-)

@ Thanks for the advise. Yeah the plan is to go to the gym 5 to 6 days a week and just try and be extremely healthy and when I do go out drink less which means no binge eating when drunk. I just wish I starved myself months ago and didn't feel stressed that i've got to be in a bikini in just over a month next to thin twig hot girls.

I have had the worst two weeks of my life, i've had friends staying and have eaten out every night and had massive lunches with chocolate, alcohol and no gym!!!! ahhhh i feel awful and vile!! I need to be in a bikini in 5 weeks HELP!

Ok so therapy doesn't work because it's your control noone elses. So I was exactly the same 2 years ago, I was so skinny and was so depressed, i wouldn't even take a mouthful of my boyfriend's (at the time)dessert, he thought I was so obsessed and used to tell me all the time and I didn't believe him as I thought I was in control - looking back now I wasn't at all. I was so unhappy in my relationship and work (i was a hairdresser and had to look in the mirror all day) I used to have my own control with food. The only way I recovered was to get rid of the things in my life that I was unhappy about, firstly left my job and secondly split from my boyfriend. It took me a while to recover and I went away and worked in France for 6 months, met amazing people and felt happy with myself. I am now 2 stone heavier (size 10/12) but a lot happier and would rather be this size now and be depressed. Friends of mine said I was a different person, no fun and just looked depressed all the time. Is there something in your life that you think could be making you worse?
One last thing, don't buy magazines! They make everyone depressed and the people in them are airbrushed and not reality!

You need to find out the cause of your Bulimia, not in all cases but a lot of the time it's a way of controlling your life (something in your life that you feel you are not happy with or in control with). I think the painting nail thing is great I use that all the time! Another thing is is start a hobby! Go to the gym, join a babington club, tennis club etc to keep yourself busy. Go shopping on late nights make yourself feel better, have candle lit baths, arrange to meet friends for an evening hotchocolate, invite friends over, go to your parents for dinner etc etc. You will get over this it's just finding your control back. xx

Ok so it's called Xylitol and it comes in a packet called 'Perfect Sweet' it's 75% less carbs than sugar,low GI helps promote healthy teeth. It is white and looks like sugar, i'd recommend it to anyone, I love it!

So this weekend I went on a detox retreat, which was no food juice juices, it was amazing had a lot of treatments done and I would recommend it to anyone. Anyway I was wondering if anyone has ever done anything like this and how long I should wait unitl exercising again. I am trying to stick to fruit and veg only for the next few days or as long as possible. I haven't exercised in a while due to a knee op but need to get a bikini body ASAP ha! Hope someone can help?? :-) xx

Babe don't stress, you can lose it easily as you were slim before you went. You workout a lot and enjoy it so you know in a few weeks you'll be how you like to be. Don't get upset just think in a month or two i'll fit into my "skinny jeans".

That's so horrid poor you! I've put on a stone and a half since seeing all my friends I used to work with and i'm scared of meeting them because I know what they'll think! It's so awful as they're wondering why I'm being really weird! Why can't we all be naturally thin!!!!!!!
