I just read a great book, "Protein Power," which opened my eyes to the amount of carbs I had been eating *and* the threat to my health presented by a high-carb diet. Amazing! I've cut my carbs to between 50-75 per day and am dropping the pounds. (I didn't do the elaborate preparations in the bok, just took the book as a word to the wise.) Check it out!
