hey! are you from vienna? cuz i am living in vienna myself!
i know alot about mentabolism and nutrition, and my secret to lose weight is to skip dinner. it really works wonder!
it's sooo great that you already lost so much in such a short time! it'd be awesome if we could stay in touch and motivate each other!

hey! people's mentabolism slows down with growing age. all you need to do is pump it up by doing sports and you will be fine :)

hey guys! i read about tweetwhatyoueat in a magazine and ever since I've spent a year in the united states, i gained about 30 pounds. i wanna lose them all within half a year.

<br>dinner-cancelling is great - but i do my workout in the evening and afterwords i'm always hungry. so i try to to reduce the carbohydrate for dinner and eat more protein. it helps ;-)
