malibu and diet coke is low calorie, used to drink it when i was on weight watchers and im sure it was like 1/2 a point for it. Vodka soda and lime or with sugar free lemonade might be good?

I've already started my healthy eating but reaallyy need to exercise aswell. I work shifts and go to uni so find it hard to fit the gym or exercise classes in my week. Ive tried a couple of exercise videos too but find i get bored of doing the same routine everytime i turn it on.

anyone recommend any alternatives of how i could keep fit or any good exercise videos that don't get boring?

@Deege2010 that does sound like a good rule, i do it the opposite way around when i think about it. probs 1 of the things i should change...

im the exact same. when i was working long hours every day i lost weight because i wasnt sitting at home snacking and the whole time i was at work it wasnt like i was craving food or hungry. i agree it can be a boredom thing. think we need to find a good hobby lol :)

yeah i watched that show was quite good. When you watch it you feel you could do it yourself but always works out harder than you think. i find it hard to know the calories of things that don't clearly state it on the back of the packet - like adding up a full lunch or dinner made up of different things like vege, meat etc. wish i had a personal trainer and nutritionist around whenever i needed them lol

@lesmcbabe yeah i was going to say the tilda microwave rice packets are good, i had 1 for dinner there with a pork chop. Was brown rice and it had roasted vege included which makes it less boring than simply eating rice.
wholewheat pasta and a low fat sauce is also quite simple and fast to cook.
