What a great way to record our food! Thanks Aressidi! I'm still having a little trouble getting the system to add the calorie values, but that's OK. I have been adding my guessed values most of the time. Would it be possible to link to a site that has calorie content and nutritional values of food? That would really increase the value of this site. Otherwise, all is well and I love the ease of recording food. That's the first hurdle for me.

With Halloween just around the corner, I'm wondering how many people buy candy, chocolate and other treats to hand out - that you yourself like and end up eating all the leftovers yourself?

I was having a difficult time falling asleep last night. One of the things that helps me sleep, is a carb heavy meal. So at about 2 - 2:30 in the morning, I got out of bed and ate leftover pizza.

This isn't behaviour I want to revisit or make part of my routine so I need to find something that will help me beat occasional insomnia without resorting to food.

If anyone else has experienced a similar problem and have discovered an alternative solution, please let me know.

Thanks :)

This isn't fun anymore. I REALLY want to eat what I want when I want. Anyhow..lost 2 pounds this week. Knew I wouldn't lose the 5, but was hoping for at least a 3. Still 3 pounds behind goal and in the catch-up phase. I know I'm not exercising enough, but the fact that I'm sitting at this computer and not lifting weights isn't a good sign in that regards. SIGH!! Note to self: Be happy with the two and shoot for a 3 pound loss this week. That's my story, thanks for listening. Good Luck TWYE'ers.

Despite enjoying company and good food yesterday the number on the scales was kind this morning. Gives me the motivation to stick with the program for the rest of the week. :) Wishing happy, healthy eating to fellow tweeters.

My 'complete days' has zeroed out (two days ago) and now I'm back at day 2. I've been careful to close my days right after dinner to make sure I don't forget. Can someone tell me why it went back to zero again?

Thanks bunches

Today was the first day in weeks that I got back on track with mindful eating. However there's this ice cream in the freezer which I have been dying to taste and was planning to take it as one of today's snack. Is that sabotaging my diet plan or is it ok?http://www.tweetwhatyoueat.com/login

Hey! I'm new to this site. I've been yo yo dieting for nearly 3 years now and I'm hoping that I'll finally bring a stop to it! My main trouble is emotional eating which seems to hit in right after I reach my target weight. Hope that this site will help bring an end to this roller coaster ride!

Gained a pound. Trying to remain positive and not come down too hard on myself. Goal this week (losing five by Friday will still keep me on track). Could be BRUTAL. No weekend indulgences...that's for sure. :) :)

The weight tab does not show my graph, just a URL. Also, I can't seem to find where to comment on the weight entries.

Please help.

I noticed that when I feel anxious, i tend to eat. Thus today, i decided that I would eat something good such as a chocolate chip cookie :) IF and only if I did something around the house. Well, i cleaned the six windows, four on the four season room, and two in the kitchen, including the mesh part. Wow, i felt great! and I did not want to eat the cookie afterwards. Why ruining the stamina????

Not used to sharing my eating habits, so at first it was hard for me to post what I eat. I have friends call me anorexic or juice head (because I spend hours at the gym, run and just LOVE working out!!) but I also have friends who feel motivated by my constent posting about working out, which made me feel great. Because it is really good for the body, not just physically, but mentally as well!! relieves stress & frustration. Anywho, I hope that this may also help some to try to eat healthier and be a little more "health" conscious. It's not just about weight, but the over all health!!
