Hey everyone, these past few weeks have been a bit of a nightmare, my cravings have got the better of me and I haven't been writing down what I've been eating everyday :( I'm determined to start tomorrow - Everyday is a new start. Does anyone know if iron tablets effect weight gain? My doctor prescribed me them for anemia and told me that they could cause constipation (which would make me look bloated) I haven't been talking them recently, just need to know if anyone else on here is on them/know anyone whos been on them whilst on a diet? thanks :) 27 days ago
try and cut down to one chocolate bar a day (low cal) :) i lost 5 pounds last week and i still got to eat the foods i wanted! just in moderation :) goodluck! x 27 days ago
@juliette_p_1987 Thank you very much! :) To be honest i've cut out most of my snacks in the day, but make room for a 99 calorie treat each lunch time so i don't binge :) (blue ribbon chocolate if you need to know) glad things seem to be going well so far! Hey everyone, I've been doing really well these passed 3 days! I just need some tips for the weekend! I stay at my boyfriends from friday-monday morning and his mum often cooks us these huge plates of dinner (usually pasta, pizza, chips etc) which is normally all too tempting. Unfortunately we can't eat at mine because of a family rift (I'd be cooking healthy otherwise!) :( any advice on how i can really cut down on these foods while i'm there without offending my boyfriends mum? p.s. i buy my own fruit and salad when i'm round there but i really feel like i'm offending her when i do :S Help please! about 1 month ago

I think the best start to dieting is getting rid of any bad food. As long as it's in the house it's too easy to access it. If i had to choose between an apple or loads of chocolate cookies.. i don't even have to argue! So throw out all those temptations and give yourself the best possible start! :) Believe me walking passed all the pringles in the supermarkets is so hard!
